Billy has 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate development and construction industries, bringing to TAL his expertise in property acquisition, lease and contract negotiation, risk management, insurance and safety. His current role involves strategic sales planning and implementation across all TAL Brands.

Billy earned a BA in English from the University of Washington.
