Director of Learning and Development

Rodney serves as the Director of Learning and Development for TAL. In this role, he leverages industry resources to manage TAL's training and employee development programs. With over 30 years of experience in the building materials retail sector, Rodney has held leadership roles in procurement and operations at LANOGA, ProBuild, and BFS before joining TAL in 2017.

Rodney earned his BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Washington.
