Vice President of Sales and Operations

Vernon joined TAL in May 2022 as the Director of Operations and has recently been appointed as the Vice President of Sales and Operations. With over 30 years of experience in the LBM and retail industries, he brings a wealth of expertise to the company. Prior to joining TAL, Vernon held various positions at White Cap Construction Supply for 15 years, including Branch Manager and Area Operations Manager, where he oversaw the daily operations of multiple locations across Arizona, New Mexico, West Texas, and Nevada. 

In his current role, Vernon oversees operations, marketing, and merchandising.
